James Stephens is a proud Wiradjuri man originally from Narrandera, New South Wales, with extensive experience in Indigenous-led business, environmental management and land stewardship.
With a strong background in civil works, infrastructure and strategic partnerships, James brings together traditional knowledge, practical industry expertise and a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal communities.
Before his leadership roles at Carnarvon Enterprises and First Nature Group, James founded and managed Aboriginal Beata Terra, an Indigenous consortium delivering procurement solutions, civil works and infrastructure projects.
His leadership reflects Carnarvon Enterprises' commitment to caring for Country, delivering quality landscaping and property maintenance services, and building lasting relationships with clients, communities and industry partners.
